This is so forward thinking. People have started talking about it recently after the layoffs/downturn. I heard it in a couple of podcasts ~ All in with Chamath etc.
It's compensation that is recurring for many of these companies so I'm with Buffett on this one. SBC should always be factored into a company's expenses on is financial statements. I agree, the FASB is right on this one.

Hello Tanay - agree with including SBC as an expense - however, do you use the increased share count in the calculation of EPS also?? many thanks
