Hi Tanay! A pleasant read. I think I'm more interested in the delivering of services as software. Service businesses have traditionally been low-margin and can only grow with the rise of headcount. Businesses could only grow linearly. With AI, service businesses can capture more value and grow exponentially. AI-Native law firms, accounting firms, marketing agencies, consultancies and brokerages are big opportunities as they have repeatable workflows. These business also have the advantage of compounding intelligence which is the most important feature of such AI-Native Service Firms.

Compounding Intelligence means that AI systems improve themselves with each and every matter the firm works in. For example, in a law firm the knowledge about a matter often leaves if the partner leaves. However, AI allows us to record the knowledge regarding a matter and thereby self-improves based on every matter. Thus, this ensures accuracy also improves as the firm continues to work on more matters. With a roll-up strategy they can purchase existing businesses with a client base and optimize them with AI. Eudia which funded by GC is a great example of this.

I write a blog in substack titled "The LegalTech Thesis" wherein I analyze LegalTech startups, trends and identify opportunities to build in the space. Would love to get your thoughts on my post analyzing three such whitespaces!
